Take A Look At You Now

A Retreat, To Remind You How Far You’ve Come.

This Retreat Is An Invitation To

❋ Remember & Reflect

In our lives we have moments, memories, and traumas that ache us, and we do everything we can to just… forget. But, what would happen if you took some time to remember? Here you’ll be provided a safe space to simply remember what you may have once forgot.

Just because our minds forget, that doesn’t mean our bodies do. That pesky hip pain, those re-occurring headaches, or anxiety attacks you experience have a root cause. Here you’ll be provided a safe space to feel the emotions your body is carrying.

❋ Feel

You’ll have the opportunity to connect, not only with others on the trip, but with yourself. In today’s world it’s hard to stay present. Here' you’ll have the chance to unplug, and connect with parts of yourself you haven’t in a while.

❋ Connect

Our goal is for you to walk away from the weekend feeling a little lighter than you did when you walked in. Becoming aware of your emotions welcomes growth, and with growth comes change.

“Our wholesome essence, the Buddha-nature within, is similar to the essence of the lotus. In spite of the weeds and dirt surrounding it, the lotus flower still blossoms, outshining everything around it. A lotus is a lotus. All that matters, all that is effective, all that shines, and all that is seen is the pristine beauty of its blossom.”
